It is important to note that JAC does not have a full-time TD and Guest Companies must hire & pay for a JAC/UP-approved TD to approve sets, lighting, sound and all other Tech aspects of their production. The Guest Co must also pay for the TD to attend move-in, move-out and any changes ion seating risers. A JAC/UP approved Tech will contact the Guest Co to negotiate dates, times and cost for this work which must be confirmed in a detailed email, with a copy going to info@jerichoartscentre.com.

Please also note that everyone working on any production or event in JAC, in any capacity, is required to join the Friends of JAC Society (FoJACS). This is to enable coverage under our insurance policy. Our insurance is not comprehensive: – for example Guest Company goods are not covered and actors are not covered while rehearsing or acting. Guest companies should arrange for their own cover for those items. Membership in FoJACS is free to people working in JAC and the application form can be found at www.jerichoartscentre.com on the page for Volunteers.
